Postpartum Doula
My services as your doula include:
- Feeding support, whether you are breastfeeding or bottle feeding
- Providing you with nutritious snacks throughout my time with you
- Help organize meal planning (meal train etc.) before birth
- Doing laundry
- Educating you in dressing your baby for any type of weather
- Diapering: need to be changed and I will share my tips with you and your partner to make it easier
- Bathing your baby for the first time is one of the most exciting activities to master
- Carrying a baby is not a science, but there are things you need to consider
- Emotional support
I offer daytime in-home doula support between 8AM - 4PM.
Package 1: Coming Home Package / $650
4 x 4hrs within the first 2-3 weeks
Package 2: The Full Support / $1,100 (3hrs minimum only offered if home is in 5mile radius of 97225, otherwise 4hrs minimum)
Week 1: 3 x 3hrs
Week 2: 3 x 3hrs
Week 3: 2 x 2hrs
Week 4: 2 x 2hrs
Package 3: $45/hr with 4h minimum (individual plan)
